You can check into your room at 2pm and your apartment at 4pm. Please contact us per e- mail or call us if you arrive after 6 pm.
Children are welcome and we charge different prices depending on their age.
For children from 0 to 2 years breakfast and culinary delights are free of charge
For children from 2 to 6 years the breakfast costs € 16,50 and the culinary delights € 23.
For children from 6 to 10 years the breakfast costs € 16,50 and the culinary delights € 23.
With our half board you can look forward to breakfast in LUKE’S living room from 07.30 to 12.00 and a 4-course menu in LUKE’S style. Tap water and soda are included throughout the day!
You may stay in your rooms until 11 am and in your apatment until 10am. You may request a late checkout. We will try to accommodate your requests if enough rooms are available in the hotel.
The city tax is € 2,40 per person/ per day. There’s an additional country tax of € 1,10 per person, charged only once, if you stay more than 5 nights (children up until the age of 15 are excluded from the tax).
To confirm a booking, we ask you to pay a deposit into our bank account. You may also pay with a credit card. The requested deposit is 30% of the total booking cost.
You may pay with cash (EUR), Maestro, VISA, Mastercard or ‘Gasteintaler’.
30 days prior to arrival you can cancel free of charge
in case of cancellation 29 to 14 days prior the agreed arrival date we charge 50% of the total cost of the trip
in case of cancellation 13 to 7 days prior the agreed arrival date we charge 70% of the total cost of the trip
in case of cancellation 6 to 1 days prior the agreed arrival date we charge 90% of the total cost of the trip
If you arrive late or check out early, you will be charged the total booking cost. To avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend you get travel insurance via www.europaeische.at

Our nature spa is open between 8.00 am and 21.00 pm
Yes, there’s a non nude area in our nature spa. This area is in the family area. The area contains a sauna, an infra red sauna, a steam bath and an ice bath.
Yes, we are Tesla partners and equipped with two charging stations. We charge a one-off fee of € 15,- per load.
