Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Delivery
The contract is concluded with Hotel Sendlhof BetriebsgesmbH.
Ordering Vouchers and Products
To keep ordering costs as low as possible, you can pay for vouchers and products directly via credit card or online bank transfer and receive the voucher free of charge via email. However, delivery of vouchers can also be done by postal mail.
Each voucher is equipped with a unique barcode, which is required for redemption. The customer is solely responsible for keeping the voucher template confidential. Hotel Sendlhof BetriebsgesmbH is not liable for misuse of the voucher template.
Each voucher can only be redeemed once.
Vouchers purchased through third-party providers
Vouchers purchased through third-party providers can only be redeemed as part of a binding booking. When the voucher is redeemed, it is automatically offset against the booked service and is considered fully redeemed. Cancellation or refund of the redeemed voucher is excluded.
Minimum Age
Only individuals who are at least 18 years old are permitted to make purchases in our online shop.
Prices and Products
Purchased or ordered vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the consumption is less than the voucher value, you will receive a credit from the hotel for the remaining amount.
An invoice with VAT can only be issued at the time the service is actually provided, i.e., when the voucher is redeemed (according to the VAT Act).
No liability is assumed for delayed postal deliveries.
The voucher is only valid once the full amount due has been paid.
The validity period of vouchers and treatment vouchers is printed on the voucher. The voucher must be redeemed within this period. Value vouchers are valid for an unlimited period.
All prices listed are gross prices (including VAT).
Deviations in photos are possible. Errors and changes to products are reserved. If an ordered item is no longer available, the voucher can be used for other services in our hotel equivalent to the printed value—subject to prior agreement with Hotel Sendlhof BetriebsgesmbH.
Security Guarantee & Data Protection
Your security is our highest priority! Therefore, data such as credit card number, bank code, account number, name, and address are transmitted over a secure SSL connection when paying by credit card. This ensures that no unauthorized person can read your data during internet transmission.
To ensure additional security in the voucher shop, we apply a range of further protective measures.
Your data is processed automatically. Promotional information will be sent to you exclusively by the shop operator. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
Exchange and Returns
If vouchers/products/items do not meet your expectations, please return them to us within 14 days after receipt. It is sufficient if the written cancellation (withdrawal) is sent within the 14-day period. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has already been started within the withdrawal period.
This return right applies to customers who are consumers under the Consumer Protection Act.
In the event of loss, theft, or devaluation of vouchers, no replacement can be provided by Hotel Sendlhof BetriebsgesmbH.
The place of jurisdiction is the District Court of St. Johann/Pongau.
DEPOSIT
We reserve the right to charge a deposit of €1,000 per hotel room, €2,000 per studio, and €3,000 per apartment.
The deposit will be collected at check-in either in cash or by credit card and will be refunded upon check-out after inspection of the rooms, studios, and apartments, provided there is no damage. In case of any damage, we reserve the right to retain the full deposit until the damage amount is known and can be offset.
BOOKING ERRORS
The company reserves the right to cancel or modify already made and confirmed bookings in the event of booking errors. The customer will be informed of this without delay.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MEETINGS & EVENTS
Group cancellation conditions for individual rooms or persons:
Up to 5 canceled rooms/persons: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; from 7 days before arrival, 30% of the room price; from 3 days before arrival, 70%; 1 day before arrival and no-show, 90%.
Up to 10 canceled rooms/persons: free up to 21 days before arrival; from 21 days before arrival, 30%; from 14 days before arrival, 70%; from 7 days before arrival and no-show, 90%.
Up to 20 canceled rooms/persons: free up to 4 weeks before arrival; from 28 days before arrival, 30%; from 21 days before arrival, 70%; from 14 days before arrival and no-show, 90%.
Over 20 canceled rooms/persons: free up to 6 weeks before arrival; from 42 days before arrival, 30%; from 28 days before arrival, 70%; from 21 days before arrival and no-show, 90%.
In case of exclusive rental of the entire hotel and cancellation of the entire event:
Free cancellation up to 6 months before arrival; from 6 months before arrival, 50% of the total room price; from 3 months before arrival, 70%; from 1 month before arrival, 90%.
