What you can look forward to
Have breakfast from 7.30 am to 11.30 am in LUKE’S Wohnzimmer (Our tip: twice is better. Start the day with a coffee or a small breakfast and when you’re really awake, treat yourself to a second big breakfast).
Look forward to two delightful dinners featuring exquisite culinary delights, and as a special highlight, an exclusive wine-and-dine dinner on Saturday, accompanied by a sommelier and winemaker.
Start your retreat on a relaxed note. Upon arrival, a refreshing welcome drink awaits you at LUKE’s Bar—the perfect start to your rejuvenating yoga retreat.
You can look forward to relaxing yoga sessions with Sabine and a guided mountain hike with hiking guide Matthias, during which you’ll experience nature at its most beautiful.
Enjoy the healing effects of Gastein’s thermal water. The warm water, enriched with radon, promotes the reduction of inflammation, strengthens the immune system and supports the natural healing process – pure regeneration and relaxation.

Christian takes you on his varied mountain tours 5 times a week. He takes care of his companions and adapts his tours according to age and fitness level. Adventure and countless mountain moments are guaranteed.
Would you like to stay active outside of your yoga classes? Then head to the fitness center or show off your skills at pool, table tennis, or shuffleboard—and keep moving!
You can also explore the Gastein mountains on two wheels. At our bike shop, we offer professionally maintained mountain bikes and full-suspension e-bikes in all sizes. Conquer the mountains and experience the adventure on your bike!
