You can check into your room at 2pm and your apartment at 4pm. Please contact us per e- mail or call us if you arrive after 6 pm.

Breakfast at LUKE’S Wohnzimmer starts from 07:30 am to 11:30 am.

With our schmankerl culinary you can look forward to breakfast in LUKE’S Wohnzimmer from 07.30 to 11.30 and a 4-course menu in LUKE’S style. Tap water and soda are included throughout the day!

You may stay in your rooms until 11 am and in your apatment until 10am. You may request a late checkout. We will try to accommodate your requests if enough rooms are available in the hotel.

The local tax is €2.90 per person per night. In addition, a one-time state tax of €1.10 per person is charged for stays of five nights or more. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from both the local tax and the state tax.

The local tax includes a mobility tax of €0.50 per person per night. In return, you will receive a Guest Mobility Ticket before your arrival, which allows you to use all public transport of the Salzburg Transport Association (SVV) free of charge.

The taxes apply to guests aged 15 and over. Children aged 6 and over also receive the Guest Mobility Ticket, free of charge of course.

In November, the local tax is reduced and amounts to only €1.70 per person per night, including the mobility tax.

To confirm a booking, we ask you to pay a deposit into our bank account. You may also pay with a credit card. The requested deposit is 30% of the total booking cost.

You may pay with cash (EUR), Maestro, VISA, Mastercard or ‘Gasteintaler’.

Please note that we charge a deposit of 30% for bookings.

If you cancel 8 days before the arrival date, you can cancel free of charge.

If you cancel between 7-4 days before the arrival date, we will charge 50% of the agreed booking price.

In the event of cancellation less than 3 days before the arrival date, we charge 90% of the agreed booking price.

Our cancellation conditions change in the winter season at Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.

For cancellations between 29-14 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% of the agreed booking price.

In the event of cancellation between 13-7 days before the arrival date, we charge 70% of the agreed booking price.

In the event of cancellation less than 6 days before the arrival date, we charge 90% of the agreed booking price.

To avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend you get travel insurance via www.europaeische.at

Breakfast is € 29,- per person for adults and free of charge for children younger than 2.

LUKE’S Wohnzimmer offers warm dishes from 15:00 to 21:30 (Thu: 17:00 – 21:30). Wednesdays are closed. The bar is open daily from 12:00 to 23:00.

Our nature spa is open between 8.00 am and 21.00 pm. Our saunas are open from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The outdoor pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Yes, there’s a non nude area in our nature spa. This area is in the family area. The area contains a sauna, an infra red sauna, a steam bath and an ice bath.

Yes, we are Tesla partners and equipped with two charging stations. We charge a one-off fee of € 15,- per load.
